受“8·12”爆炸事故影響，天津港主航道實施臨時交通管制，全港進出口危險品停止作業。濱海新區多條道路實施交通管制。目前，濱海新區政府已派專員對區內所有加油站、儲油庫等危險易燃易爆品儲存點進行排查。

天津港集團13日通知，碼頭工人無法作業，所有船舶動態暫停。天津港主航道實施臨時交通管制，海關辦公大樓全面戒嚴。

據在天津港碼頭從事物流業的公司介紹，13日上午聯盟國際碼頭已恢復作業，歐亞國際碼頭已向港務局提出恢復作業申請，等待港務局恢復作業通知。碼頭電纜受損，正在搶修。該公司還表示接到港務局電話通知，天津港全港所有進出口危險品停止在天津港作業。
