今年3月以來，西非地區(qū)暴發(fā)大規(guī)模埃博拉出血熱疫情，至今世界衛(wèi)生組織已將西非埃博拉出血熱疫情提高到“三級(jí)緊急狀況”。
日前，香港、澳門已先后采取措施應(yīng)對(duì)埃博拉疫情。深圳毗鄰港澳，日平均出入境人員約50萬人次，占全國(guó)出入境旅客數(shù)量一半以上。此前已經(jīng)逗留、途經(jīng)埃博拉出血熱流行地區(qū)（幾內(nèi)亞、利比里亞、塞拉利昂、尼日利亞等）后過境香港、澳門再經(jīng)深圳口岸入境的旅客需高度關(guān)注。
為有效防控疫情，中國(guó)寧波青島黃埔等地海關(guān)加強(qiáng)與檢驗(yàn)檢疫、邊防等部門的合作，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注來自疫情發(fā)生地的船舶、貨物，確保集裝箱和散貨入境前實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的衛(wèi)生處理；此外，加強(qiáng)對(duì)入境船員、旅客的疾病癥狀監(jiān)測(cè)，密切關(guān)注入境人員是否出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱頭疼、惡心、嘔吐等癥狀，并對(duì)登輪檢查關(guān)員開展防病知識(shí)指導(dǎo)，加強(qiáng)個(gè)人防護(hù)工作。

Customs Preventing Ebola
Since March this year, the Ebola hemorrhagic fever has broken out on a large scale in the West of African region. So far, World Health Organization has put Ebola hemorrhagic fever in West Africa into the place of "level 3 emergency situation".
Recently, Hong Kong and Macau has successively taken measures to deal with Ebola. Shenzhen borders Hong Kong and Macao, immigration officers is about 500,000 passengers per day on average, accounting for more than half of the number of travelers inside/outside China. The news should be paid to attentin by travelers who was or passed by Ebola hemorrhagic fever endemic areas (Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, etc.), crossed Hong Kong, Macao and entered China via Shenzhen port.
In order to prevent and control the epidemic effectively, Qingdao, Ningbo and Huangpu Customs in China strengthen cooperation with the inspection and quarantine, border and other departments to focus on ships, cargo from the epidemic areas,ensuring the strict health treatment of containers and bulk cargo before they are brought into China; in addition, customs strengthen disease symptom monitoring to the immigration crew and travelers, pay close attention to whether the immigration officer has a fever, a headache, nausea, vomiting, carry out the prevention knowledge instruction to customs officers inspecting on board, and enhance personal protection work.
Ebola virus is one of the highest-lethality virus found so far. There is no effective treatment. Ebola virus can cause Ebola hemorrhagic fever whose incubation is up to 20 days.
