Both wines are produced in the town of Benevento, to the district Fasanella, territory compatible with the above mentioned names

Winemaking

Red grapes: Sangiovese and Cabernet sauvignon bland                                    
 
White grape: Falanghina

Red harvest: last week of september                                                 

 White harvest: first week of october

The squeezing is carried out in a traditional manner for red wine, with soft press for Falanghina

Both types are aged in barrels made of steel

The wine

The red has an alcohol variable in a consistent manner during the different vintages between  12.5 / 13.5

The white also varies in an almost constant way during various years between 11.5 / 12.5

Bacco Setoso has a medium intense ruby red color, the nose is floral and pleasant, the taste is balanced and mellow

Scialanghina is characterized by a pale yellow color, a fine and fruity smell, taste fresh and bilance

The red goes well with meat and cheese, the Falanghina is matched with seafood and vegetables. The periods of consumption for the red ranges from between 2 and 5 years, for Falanghina between 1 and 3 years old
